The Frost Centre Institute is a privately owned not-for-profit organization incorporated in Ontario under the Corporations Act.

The Board of Directors of the Frost Centre Institute, as well as its entire staff, are dedicated to:
  1. Providing world-class environmental and outdoor education programs aimed primarily at Ontario’s youth
  2. Promoting environmental research specifically targeted at the protection of our natural resources
  3. Supporting the community in which we live and operate
