Annie Grant travels the world looking for unique, style-conscious and affordable items. She supports women-owned businesses and co-ops, who provide healthy, safe and progressive working conditions, as well as fair wages. The products purchased benefit local workers in the various communities.
Annie Grant strives to build a physical bridge to others through our products. She encourages Fair Trade businesses, the traditions of hand-crafted goods, and believe in global, social and personal responsibility.
Many of the products are largely hand-crafted and when sewn, are generally sewn on individual machines by skilled workers. The purchase of these products benefit both the artisans, and the communities in whcih they live and work. Other products also benefit the environment through use of materials that are made from recycled wood or plastic.
