The Center for Ecoliteracy (CEL) presents an informative and practical two-day seminar based on the framework presented in CEL’s popular online Rethinking School Lunch (RSL) guide. The RSL farm-to-school model of food service and curriculum innovation places nutritious school meals at the very center of the learning experience, forging a closer relationship between public education and public health.
